Presidents appoint a board consisting of people from a variety of backgrounds, to help guide the President and the Intelligence community. President Trump announced his appointments today. The White House website says, "These individuals will advise the President on our nation’s most important security challenges and ensure that the Intelligence Community is working to advance the President’s America First agenda."
Devin Gerald Nunes, Chair. Nunes was one of the president's greatest allies in his first administration.
Scott Glabe, is a Senior Official Performing the Duties of Under Secretary for Strategy, Policy, and Plans in the Department of Homeland Security
Amaryllis Fox Kennedy. A former CIA operative and host of Netflix documentary series, The Business of Drugs
Brad Robert Wenstrup. A colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve and an Iraq War veteran.
Wayne Berman. A senior managing director for government relations at the Blackstone Group.
Reince Priebus. A naval officer who served as chairman of the Republican National Committee from 2011 to 2017 and as White House chief of staff during the first six months of Donald Trump's first presidency.
Robert O’Brien. An American attorney who was United States national security advisor from 2019 to 2021. He is currently a lobbyist with American Global Strategies.
Joshua Lobel. A businessman with his hands in many pots. A graduate of Wharton.
Sander R. Gerber. Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Hudson Bay Capital, a global investment management firm.
Katie Miller. Communications director for Vice President Mike Pence from 2020 to 2021
Jeremy Katz. President and Chief Operating Officer of D1 Capital Partners.
Thomas Ollis Hicks, Jr. A private equity investor. He is a former co-chair of the Republican National Committee.
