The order begins, "By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, and to establish the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition, and to reestablish the Presidential Fitness Test, it is hereby ordered..."
This executive order establishes a 30-person council on Sports, Fitness and Nutrition and will award school children who pass the Presidential Fitness Test. What the award will be is not stated specifically, but I assume it will be a printed certificate that is auto-signed.
I'm not certain what I think about this quite yet. I have to consider the source. I am not against children being healthier at all. But I recall a time that President Trump brought RFK onto a plane and forced him—like a fat mafioso—to eat McDonalds, after RFK mentioned that the President is terribly unhealthy.
