I do not like to delve into conspiracy theories in which there is some vast plot by powerful people that is kept secret from everyone, but I'm about to dive somewhat into this territory right now.
Over the weekend, among a trove of 23,000 Jeffrey Epstein emails and text messages obtained by journalists, it was discovered that Mark Epstein in a text message to his brother Jeffrey, referenced a photograph of "Trump blowing Bubba." Bubba is a common nickname for former president Bill Clinton. However, see additional note below, as it doesn't appear Clinton is Bubba in this reference. Jeffrey Epstein quickly corrected his brother stating, "You mean DONNI TEE." I infer Donni Tee is their code name for Trump.
Immediately following the discovery of that email (other damning emails were discovered in the days before that, but that one is the most damning), President Trump urged Republican lawmakers to release the Epstein files, and he promised to meet with newly elected New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani.
On the first issue, President Trump has fought the release of the files tooth-and-nail, even having fallings out with some of his closest political allies over the issue. Then, within 48 hours of public knowledge of a photograph of himself performing fellatio on Bill Clinton, he flipped? Further, Trump was the most outspoken public hater of Zohran Mamdani, and even floated the idea of revoking his citizenship and deporting him.
There are hints of other new developments in Trump's personal policies and I'll add those as they become more prominent.
Although Trump denies that these emails are real, and denies being the Donald, Donnie, Trump, etc...mentioned, it is clear that these are almost certainly real, and that he is almost certainly the person being discussed in all of them.

***NOTE: Mark Epstein has spoken up about this conversation. He did not deny they were talking about a picture of Trump performing oral sex, only that the "Bubba" referenced in the message is not Bill Clinton.
