On February 20, the Supreme Court released an opinion declaring President Trump's so-called "Liberation Day" tariffs unconstitutional.
Trump immediately clapped back hat the court he rigged was in fact rigged, against him. Of course he did.
On that day, Trump with drew a number of tarrifs he had declared on nations like China and Mexico under a different statute, because, the press release on the White House website says, they have cooperated with ending their part in the drug trade.
On February 23, however, he invoked another statute to declare new tarrifs of 15% across the board for all imports, with some exceptions. The process will surely work its way through the courts again.
