Degrees Declassified As Professional

The Trump Administration has moved forward to declassify professional degrees, meaning that students may not receive the amount of financial aid necessary to receive those degrees in the future. The following is a list of degrees that have been declassified: Nursing

• Physician assistants
• Physical therapists
• Audiologists
• Architects
• Accountants
• Educators
• Social workers

Making medical and education degrees and certificates is particularly egregious, as there is a pretty consistant shortage of these positions.

All of this aligns with the One Big Beautiful Bill's cost-cutting.
