Today, President Trump kept his promise to send a military invasion to Tennessee, specifically to Memphis, to stamp out violent crime. Memphis has the highest rate of violent crime compared to any other city in the United States.
In addition to the Department of War, the invasion will include over a dozen other Federal enforcement and support departments and agencies. State and local police will also assist in the operation, according to the Executive Order.
