The Department of Education launched an investigation into 45 more colleges and universities to look into claims that white and Asian students have been excluded under the schools' application processes. They will be looking into overt practices that result in racial discrimination against white students as well as systemic practices.
This is rich, given the fact that for 10 years now, the MAGA movement has denied that systemic discrimination can even exist at all, and that it's not real.
The memo states schools found guilty of this violation will lose federal funding. If the results of the Columbia University situation is any indicator, the fact that the DoE is investigating at all is all but a guarantee that they will lose all Federal funding.
